Goussainville Strategic Development Framework

The Team worked hand in hand with the city of Goussainville in order to expand guidelines for sustainable development as part of the revision of the local development framework document. This project will establish an overall urban strategy for the sustainable development of the city of Goussainville, assisting the locality in identifying and defining what is at stake for the area and the strategies to adopt in the dialogue with the different stakeholders of the local area. The project falls within the scope of an environmental approach to urbanism and must simultaneously adhere to the objectives for the Grand Paris Project. Following an advanced diagnostic phase, The Team worked on the global strategy and is incorporating it within the local statutory documents for town planning.
